Description

Duties and Tasks:

• The position handles payments made to the Business Office through SIS and Cashnet.
• This position is responsible for general office support and assisting with the daily deposits.
• The person in this position will handle customer interactions over the phone, in person, and through email.

KSA's/Required Qualifications KSAs:

• Ability to think critically and troubleshoot student account issues with minimum supervision.
• Ability to handle money
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to solve customers issues
• Knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to effectively communicate student account information and policies/procedures in a manner easily understood by the customer.

Requirements

• Experience in accounts receivable and/or cash handling.
• Experience in Customer service.
• Experience working in an office environment.
