Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board, Inc. (FDIHB) is a NHSC and Indian Health Services (I.H.S.) Loan Repayment site offering up to $50,000 towards qualifying educational loans. Requirements

Physician must be a graduate of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency program or an Internal Medicine residency program. Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board (FDIHB) is a multi-state licensure hospital system, DEA license is required, BC (Board Certified) or BE (Board Eligible). The primary care clinic provides outpatient services between 8AM and 6PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Inpatient and outpatient rotation is optional, 40-hour work week is based on a 4 day/10-hour schedule, to include administrative time.
