
Description
Duties:
- General Reception: Answer phones, respond to requests, direct calls and mail appropriately;
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and inviting office environment;
- Serve as primary computer systems coordinator, maintaining all hardware and software for Emma’s House programs;
- Maintain up to date Emma’s House documents and insurance policies ;
- Order, pick up and maintain office supplies, stamps, and food/drink for clients
- Assist with annual fundraiser and special events (registration/auction software, volunteer coordination) ;
- Oversee building maintenance: ensure equipment (e.g., copier, alarm, DSL, fish tank, water cooler, heat/a/c) is maintained and troubleshoot problems;
- Coordinate off-site storage, including retrieving and storing items as needed;
- Assist with monthly Board of Directors meetings including meeting reminders, maintaining rosters, meeting set up, packets, and maintaining files of related materials;
- Maintain and organize general filing system;
- Copying, mailing, and other administrative tasks as requested;
- Maintain confidentiality of Emma’s House and client information;
Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director:
- Database/Donor Management (Bloomerang)
- Enter contact and donor information in the database and ensure quality control;
- Process donations and thank you correspondence;
- Create/maintain a variety of publications (website, newsletters, social media, annual reports, etc);
- Serve as primary data manager;
- Create and prepare appropriate reports for the Board of Directors, staff, and funders as needed;
- Compile statistics and financials for grants on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

- Ability to work independently
- Strong computer skills ( Microsoft Word, social media, Bloomerang donor database, special event database);
- Successful completion of a background check and DPHHS- CPS registry check.
Requirements
We are looking for a delightful and organized individual to join our amazing team.
