Schedule: 1.0 FTE. Practice consists of 100% outpatient with 36 patient contact hours. Flexible scheduling Monday through Friday with the opportunity to do clinic 4 or 5 days per week
Practice Detail: All Saints Mental Health and Addiction Care is a large provider of mental health and addiction services in Southeastern WI that offers a full spectrum of Child and Adolescent programs. Also included is an outpatient medication clinic, several group therapies for onsite patients along with individual and family counseling in 11 locations.

Required Credential(s):
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
Education:
