TriSalus Life Sciences is looking for an exceptional candidate for our Executive Assistant and Office Manager role who will be a vital member of our Westminster team.  You will have the opportunity to work closely with the entire TriSalus team while we drive development, technology and a clinical pipeline that addresses unmet needs for patients with cancer.


·     Executive Assistant Supporting Chief Medical Officer, Chief of Research, Chief Regulatory Officer & Medical Director

o  Travel

o  Calendars

o  Expenses

o  Meeting management

o  Create, edit and update presentations

o  Handles sensitive and confidential materials with the utmost discretion

o  Backup support for Sr. EA and Sr. Director, Operations

o  Backup support for contracts approval process

·        Office Management activities include:

o   Track, monitor and maintain office environment

o   Order and stock janitorial and coffee supplies

o   Maintain entry door security FOB system

o   Oversee janitorial service

o   Schedule routine office maintenance working with approved electricians, plumbers, etc.

o   Help organize and oversee large format meetings taking place in Westminster

o    (this is now all done online by each employee)Process incoming mail

o   Oversee copiers/printers including meter readings and supplies

o   Oversee Net2Phone account

o   Consults with Sr. Director to identify problems, develop improvements to maintain office standards

o   Establishes and nurtures effective relationships with employees, clients and stakeholders

o   Help in supporting the Bannockburn team with supply ordering, issues with printer, etc.

·        Other duties as assigned

·        Special projects: updating DocuSign and Entrapass/Johnson Controls platforms

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

·        Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

·        Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Concur and DocuSign)

·        Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary office management and support

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Physical Requirements:

·        Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

·        Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.

·        Job is required to be onsite in Westminster office

Minimal travel may be required
